VF Upgrade Stage 1
VF EXHAUST, OTR COLD AIR AND TUNE PACKAGE.
This starts out with DPE 4-1 1 3/4" headers twin 3 inch Manta Stainless steel exhaust complete with SQP custom high flow metal substrate cat converters also in 3 inch.
We then add a VCM Suite Over the Radiator (OTR) Bundle high flow air intake in street legal MAF version complete with infill and facia panels.
Next is a full custom speed density dyno tune using our EFILive software. Torque Management is also address in the tune to give you what the engine really has…
Power increase? Typically we see an extra 50rwhp out of this upgrade.
Why twin 3 inch? As with all hotrodding, gains are soon adjusted to and when the next stages of upgrade are added, the exhaust comes along.
Our testing has shown little gain over the OEM system when replaced with twin 2.5″. Nothing worse than having to spend twice on the same item for the sake of $250 initially!
This package has seen ET over the 1/4 mile in the mid 12 region with A6 cars.
